Health Guarantee

The sellers certify that the puppy you purchase is in sound health (or have disclosed any concerns if applicable) at the time of sale to the best of our knowledge. The puppy has been given all vaccination and wormings as stated on the vaccination record provided to the buyer. The buyer will be responsible for further vaccinations and boosters.

The buyer has 7 days to return this puppy for any reason for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the $200 deposit. The puppy must be seen by a veterinarian and receive a clean bill of health before a full refund will be issued.

A genetic health guarantee is offered to the buyer for one year from the birthday of this puppy, wherein a full purchase refund will be given. The following stipulations must be adhered to in order for a full refund to be made:

1. An official report from a certified veterinarian that states that, without doubt, the puppy has a genetic defect that will cause a shortened life to the puppy, must be sent to the sellers within 15 days of diagnosis along with the phone number/contact information for the vet. The documentation must be forwarded to the sellers before a determination will be made.

2. The sellers reserve the right to confirm the diagnosis with a veterinarian of their choice. The seller will not be responsible for any additional expenses incurred, including travel expenses.

3. The following are NOT covered by this guarantee of refund: reimbursement for routine /general veterinary expenses or reimbursement for non-genetic diseases or general health issues. These are such as, but not limited to: viral illnesses, internal or external parasites, bacterial infections, food or skin allergies, diabetes, hernias, dental issues or improper bites, heart murmurs, non-congenital heart disease, gastrointestinal or digestive issues, protozoal diseases, urinary tract infections or cancer. It does not cover illnesses due to the ingestion of foreign objects, food, chemicals, stress related issues, behavioral issues, or physical injuries which may occur after possession of the puppy was transferred to the buyer.

The previous stipulations apply only to the original buyer of the puppy.

We strongly recommend that your puppy be spayed or neutered. If at any time the buyer is no longer willing or able to keep ownership of the puppy/dog, the sellers agree to take back full ownership rights and responsibility of the puppy, without refund to the buyer.
